We have found a 30-string folk harp for our daughter to learn to play. It's a beautiful instrument and she's delighted. Already she's learning to play the Cradle Song and practicing her children's band pieces. It sounds gorgeous.

Goodness knows where you found that! I can't imagine that it would be easy to find a harp teacher in your area... hopefully its a teach-yourself type instrument!
Synchronicity. There is a harp teacher four blocks from our house! I found the harp on a website of a harp maker based in Victoria. It was the best priced one I could find, with a rental option. When I rang, he said he was bringing up some harps to NSW the next week and he could add one in for me.
Amazing!
